Part of the nationwide automated network of VHF FM stations operated by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the station broadcasts continuous weather forecasts, hazardous weather alerts, and emergency notifications drawn from the National Weather Service and the Federal Communications Commission's Emergency Alert System. Programming runs 24 hours a day without interruption.
