The station is one of two outlets operated by Gospel Broadcasting, Inc., alongside WYZD Radio, both serving communities in the foothills region of North Carolina. Programming consists of conservative gospel music and preaching programs, including the syndicated broadcast series known as the Gospel Pulpit, which airs on multiple stations across the southeastern United States.
