This radio station operates as the in-house broadcaster for ZorgSaam Zorggroep Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, serving the De Honte hospital location and the Vremdieke residential care center. Approximately 25 volunteers produce programming that includes music and information for all age groups. The station broadcasts music 24 hours a day, supplemented by hourly news updates. A new programming schedule was introduced in February, with changes primarily affecting non-stop music programs. The station also participates in community initiatives such as Rabobank Clubsupport. One volunteer, Theuni de Pooter-van den Heuvel, has been recognized for her long-term service since 2011.
