Atomic Radio

Atomic Radio is an independent French-language station based in Tarbes, France, and streams through its official website. Its identity comes from the free radio movement of the early 1980s, with Atomic Radio and Atomic Radio Sud Aquitaine described as independent stations outside private or state radio groups. The station emphasizes local successes and regional assets, with news and talk tied to cultural and sports information. Its own site highlights music, cinema, live performance, literature, and regional stories from the Pyrenees area, and describes Atomic as an early electronic-music broadcaster and the first radio station in the Central Pyrenees to stream its programming on the Internet.
