25:06 متحدث 1 Leave your car behind. Impaired driving ends here. Mad Canada.
40:48 In honour of Orange Shirt Day, September 30th, a day of truth and reconciliation, we here at Canada's First Nations Radio wanted to share what this day meant to us as an Indigenous organization, as many of us are either the children or grandchildren of residential school survivors. Please take a moment to listen and reflect on this very important day.
41:09 متحدث 2 My name is Chad Wells and I am a Tsumshan man from the Gitsilasu First Nations. My cultural name is Kikyakhamneakh, which means floating killer whale. Truth and reconciliation is an emotional day for me as my dad went to residential school. So my language wasn't spoken at all in our home, but my parents continue to make strong efforts in revitalizing our culture even today. I am proud to say my children attend Naaksegilikyo school in Kitsinkalem, where they are taught our culture and language every single day. They also learn to speak and sing in Samar. Hearing my dad say to us, and my kids, you are living our dream, look at you go, means the world to me. People of my generation are proudly decolonizing the world we live in to bring respect and prosperity to all. It brings me some reconciliation in the truth being told to the world. Slomps, respect to all.
42:29 متحدث 1 The sounds of DJ Shub.

42:44 متحدث 6 Indigenous talent deserves to be heard. And we're proud that you heard it here first on The Journey. CJNY 106.3 FM, Vancouver.
43:12 So what do we really get from all this hurt? Break each other down with every word. Tear you to pieces in the same breath that I'm pleading for my life. Just digging deeper feet in spite when it was neither who was right.
56:09 متحدث 3 I can't help about the shape I'm in, I can't sing, I ain't pretty and my legs are thin. But don't ask me what I think of you, I might not give the answer that you want me to.
57:02 Now when I talked to God, I knew he'd understand. He said, stick by me and I'll be your God in hand. But don't ask me what I think of you. I might not give the answer that you want me to.
