Real Presence Radio (RPR) is a Catholic talk radio network organized as a lay apostolate, operating 27 broadcast signals across five states in the upper Midwest and Mountain West: North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Founded approximately two decades ago, the network celebrated its twentieth anniversary during its 2024–2025 banquet season. RPR's programming is oriented around Catholic teaching and devotional life, with stated organizational goals that include strengthening marriage, increasing sacramental practice, promoting religious vocations, upholding the dignity of the human person, and supporting the objectives of local Catholic dioceses.
