A public radio station operating at 88.9 MHz, licensed to and owned by Arizona Western College, a community college serving the southwestern corner of the state. The station broadcasts a news-talk and information format as its primary programming, supplemented by classical music and jazz programs. National programming comes from two of public radio's major content providers: National Public Radio and Public Radio International, giving listeners access to signature NPR news programs alongside international and cultural content from PRI. Since November 2013, the station's full programming schedule has been simulcast on 88.9 KAWP in Parker, Arizona, extending its reach to communities along the Colorado River corridor.
