KZFX Z-93.7 FM The Super Rock

KZFX Z-93.7 FM is a classic rock station based in Ridgecrest, California, broadcasting as The Super Rock. Owned by KZFX, LLC, the station serves listeners along the US-395 corridor from Ridgecrest toward Lone Pine, with coverage across the High Desert, Eastern Sierra, Owens Valley, and Antelope Valley. Its programming pairs classic rock with local, regional, and national news, live weather, NASCAR reports, and specialty rock shows. The station signed on in July 2012 as KKYT with a country format known as The Coyote. In September 2013 it changed to classic rock, and in November of that year adopted the KZFX call sign. KZFX was an early online streaming adopter in the High Desert and later experimented with SCA and HD Radio side channels before shifting its expansion toward web-based formats.
