The station airs a hot adult contemporary format and is owned by the Frischling family through WPNT Media Subsidiary, LLC, operating under the Steel City Media identity. Studios are located in Pittsburgh's North Hills suburbs on McKnight Road, while the transmitter is situated in the Summer Hill neighborhood, co-located with television stations WPGH-TV and WPNT.
