WIQH 88.3 FM Carlisle High School

A Class A non-commercial FM station staffed and operated by students and faculty at Concord-Carlisle High School, a public secondary school located northwest of Boston that draws students from both Concord and Carlisle, Massachusetts. Broadcasting at 100 watts — ten times the power of its original signal — the station carries a variety of live and prerecorded programs open to participation by any student or staff member at the school. Programming includes themed music shows, live coverage of home athletic events for the school's Patriots sports teams, and coverage of local community events. The station reflects the school's broader extracurricular culture, which also includes a newspaper, literary magazine, moot court, and numerous academic and civic organizations. Concord-Carlisle High School participates in the METCO program, enrolling students from Boston-area neighborhoods, and the station's student-run environment provides hands-on broadcasting experience within that diverse school community.
