KQLP 92.1 FM

KQLP 92.1 FM broadcasts from Madison MN in the United States, with programming in English and a format that includes news, sports, and adult contemporary music. The station streams through its official website and uses the callsign KQLP. The station’s history traces to an application for a new Madison, Minnesota frequency in the late 1970s, after nearby stations were identified in Morris, Marshall, Ortonville, and Montevideo. Its original investors included Julian Meyer, Ron Overlander, and Terry Overlander; the remaining shares were bought in April 2020, making Maynard Meyer the sole owner. KQLP built a 300-foot tower north of Madison and later settled at 623 West 3rd Street, the former Sears catalog store building.
