A mainstream rock FM station licensed to Russell, Pennsylvania, but serving the Jamestown, New York and Warren, Pennsylvania area. Owned by Media One Radio Group and branded as "Rock 103," the station operates as the region's affiliate for both the Cleveland Browns Radio Network and the Sabres Hockey Network, combining local sports coverage with a rock music format. The station first signed on August 15, 1984, as WGSI, before cycling through call letters WRLP in 1992 and ultimately adopting WQFX in July 2000. Under the WRLP identity, it was known as Rock 103 before briefly rebranding to "103.1 The Point" in the late 1990s. Following the acquisition by Media One Group in the 2000s, studios relocated from Russell to Jamestown alongside sister stations. The station operated for years as "103.1 The Fox," airing a locally programmed classic rock playlist notable for its depth, including many deep cuts from the 1960s through 1980s. On August 1, 2019, the station returned to its Rock 103 branding and repositioned as a mainstream and active rock outlet, incorporating more recent material from the 1990s and 2000s into its rotation while retaining some classic rock foundations. Local morning programming is hosted by Brian Papalia.
