A commercial FM station operating at 101.1 MHz in the Denver metropolitan area, licensed to Greenwood Village, Colorado, with studios on East Orchard Road and a transmitter situated atop Mount Morrison in Genesee, above Red Rocks Amphitheatre. The station is owned by Bonneville International, a Salt Lake City–based broadcaster and subsidiary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, which also owns several other major-market stations across the United States. Since signing on March 3, 1968 — originally under the tagline "The World's Most Beautiful Music" with a beautiful music format of orchestral and instrumental programming — the station has undergone multiple format changes over its decades of operation. It adopted an adult contemporary music format, which has become its consistent identity in the modern era. Each November and December, it transitions fully to a Christmas music format, a seasonal tradition well established among Denver-area listeners. Broadcasting as a Class C FM station with HD Radio technology, the station carries the Latter-day Saints Channel on its HD2 subchannel. Its programming includes locally hosted shows alongside syndicated content, and it participates in community initiatives including youth suicide prevention partnerships and public affairs programming.
