A commercial AM radio station licensed to Glasgow, Montana, broadcasting at 1240 kHz with a country music format. The station is owned by Tim Phillips through Glasgow Media Group, LLC, and operates alongside sister station KLAN at 93.5 FM, branded as Mix 93. Both stations are managed by Phillips, who also serves as Program Director. Founded in 1954 by W.L. "Bill" Holter, KLTZ is one of the longer-standing broadcast operations in northeastern Montana. The station's notable long-form program is Live Under the Big Sky, a talk show focused on local and regional affairs that airs Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings from 9 to 10 a.m., hosted by Stan "Boomer" Ozark, who also serves as News and Sports Director.
