The transmitter is situated east of Cheyenne near Interstate 80, with an antenna height above average terrain of 35 meters. The station is owned and operated by Brahmin Broadcasting Corporation. Programming follows a classic hits format, drawing on popular music across several decades. Syndicated programming includes Nina Blackwood's "Absolutely 80s Spotlight" on weekdays and her full "Absolutely 80s" program on Saturday nights.
