Owned by Audacy, Inc. and operated by Bloomberg L.P., the station functions as the market's network affiliate for Bloomberg Radio, carrying continuous business news and financial programming. Its transmitter is situated in Odenton, Maryland, positioned roughly midway between Baltimore and Washington, which allows the station to deliver a strong city-grade signal to both major markets simultaneously — a technically uncommon arrangement. Studios and offices are located near the Washington Navy Yard along the Anacostia River in Southeast Washington.
