This non-commercial radio station was established out of a desire to create a different kind of radio, one that includes public affairs programming, radio novels, audio dramas, and conversations, alongside an educational segment. The station's programming aligns with the Open Skills Academy project, which it patronizes. The founding team, joined by individuals who view radio as an adventure and its mission as a significant goal, shares a passion for science and knowledge. Each member of the editorial team contributes passion, commitment, and belief in the project's success. All musical groups that have submitted to the station's programs have granted explicit permission for their music to be broadcast.
