Established out of a concern for the development and cultural preservation of the Emirate Community, this radio station was conceived as a community broadcasting platform. Its primary mission is to serve as a rallying point for the local populace, articulating development needs, moderating desires, and promoting community consensus on various issues. The station aims to provide timely national and international news and information relevant to the community. A key objective is the identification and transmission of local music and other entertainment materials that align with the cultural values of the residents. Furthermore, it is dedicated to promoting the local language and culture to maintain heritage within contemporary society. The station also disseminates information and analysis on local, national, and international events and issues. Revenue generation is pursued through airtime sales and the promotion of commercial activities such as product exhibitions, shows, events, and joint promotions, in accordance with community broadcasting guidelines.
