A non-commercial community radio station licensed to Red River, New Mexico, operating at 90.1 MHz and serving northern New Mexico and southern Colorado with a variety format. The broadcast license is held by Cultural Energy, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Taos, New Mexico. An additional booster station designated KCEI-FM1 in the El Prado suburb extends coverage to the Taos area. The station was assigned the KCEI call sign by the Federal Communications Commission on May 1, 2012, having previously operated as KRDR from January 1997 through April 2012 and briefly as KCEY for several weeks during the transition period. Cultural Energy's mission centers on creating media voices for youth, arts, and civic activism.
