Owned by Real Talk Studios, LLC, the station broadcasts a talk radio format with both local live programming and nationally syndicated content. WSIC signed on May 3, 1947, simultaneously with its former FM sister station, making the pair among the first co-owned AM and FM stations to launch simultaneously in the United States.
