It is owned by Entravision Communications and operates under the brand name "La Tricolor 103.5," a name referencing the three colors of the Mexican flag. The station broadcasts a regional Mexican format, drawing primarily from Entravision's California-based Radio Tricolor network. Studios are located near Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. KLNZ is classified as an FCC Class C station with an effective radiated power of 48,000 watts. Its transmitter is located off North Tower Road in Buckeye, among the White Tank Mountains west of Phoenix. The station transmits using HD Radio technology; its HD2 digital subchannel carries the Spanish adult hits format of sister station KVVA-FM at 107.1.
