CRNC The Heat

This radio station broadcasts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is entirely student-operated from a studio at Niagara College. The programming focuses on new rock music, alongside student-produced content covering news, sports, traffic, and weather. During weekdays, broadcasting students present updates and music. Weekends feature a variety of specialty shows, all created, produced, and presented by students from different years of the Broadcasting program. The station's music selection includes genres like Indie Rock and Alternative, with specific student preferences noted for artists such as Hey Rosetta!, Cage The Elephant, and Zach Bryan. The student team includes roles such as Program Director, Head of Music, Head of Production, and Head of Socials, with some team members also having interests in genres like Afrobeats.
