It celebrated 70 years of continuous broadcasting in August 2018, followed by a month-long 75th anniversary celebration in 2023. The station's on-air lineup has included the Lake City Morning Show with Kris Lake and Mandy Whitaker, midday programming with Hall of Famer Rita Price, and nationally syndicated content including the Alice Cooper Show in evening hours. News coverage is provided by Dan Spalding and sports by Roger Grossman.
