Dit radiostation biedt gevarieerde programmering.

A commercial FM radio station operating on 97.5 MHz in Tulsa, Oklahoma, owned by iHeartMedia. The station airs an active rock format and is classified as a Class C FM outlet with an effective radiated power of 100,000 watts. Its transmitter is located along Oklahoma State Highway 97 on the Osage Reservation in Sand Springs, and the station broadcasts in HD Radio digital format. KMOD signed on October 10, 1959 under the call sign KOCW, making it one of the relatively rare standalone FM stations of that era, when most FM outlets were co-owned with AM or television properties. It adopted the KMOD call sign in 1968 under the ownership of Dawson Communications, when it shifted to a progressive rock format; the letters were chosen to evoke the word "modern." Clear Channel Communications acquired the station in 1973 and it has remained under that corporate lineage through to iHeartMedia. The station became well known in Tulsa for the long-running morning program hosted by Brent Douglas and Phil Stone, a pairing that lasted nearly 30 years and gave rise to the Roy D. Mercer prank call character, which became a nationally distributed comedy franchise.
