A non-commercial, volunteer-operated low-power FM station licensed to Rockland, Maine, broadcasting continuously since Valentine's Day 2002 following a construction permit granted in March 2001. The station was formerly rebroadcast in nearby Camden on translator W257BI at 99.3 MHz, a relay that ceased operation in January 2022 when its license was surrendered to the FCC. Programming includes the LGBTQ-focused podcast Thinking OUT Loud, roller derby coverage, local music programming, and content produced in partnership with the Maine Community Radio League, a coalition of low-power stations formed in 2025 that share programming across member stations throughout the state.
