A low-power FM community radio station broadcasting a variety format from Marshall, North Carolina, in the Madison County area. Originally operating from a distinctive broadcast location inside a historic red caboose situated in the downtown corridor, the station's physical infrastructure was severely damaged on September 27, 2024, when the French Broad River rose approximately twenty-six feet during historic flooding, displacing the caboose roughly three hundred feet downstream. Following the disaster, the station relocated to a temporary home and continued operations, maintaining its live streaming service throughout the recovery period. Programming is accessible online at any time, and the station is involved with local recovery and community organizations including CHC and Reclaim Madison.
