Evening news broadcasts ran up to ninety minutes and deliberately avoided the space-focused content dominating competing outlets of the time. The station operates entirely on listener donations and carries no commercial advertising, relying on sustaining memberships and one-time contributions to fund operations. Programming spans news, talk, call-in formats, and music, with a political orientation generally ranging from center-left to far-left perspectives.
