The HD3 subchannel of KUAF 91.3 FM, a non-commercial public radio station owned by the University of Arkansas. The parent station, which signed on the air on January 5, 1973, began as a low-power 10-watt student-run operation on 88.9 MHz before receiving FCC approval to increase power and relocate to 91.3 MHz, with the new high-power transmitter going live in 1985.
