Formula Hit

Formula Hit is a Spanish Top 40/CHR station based in Portugalete, in the Basque Country. Its programming is in Spanish and centers on current music, with 24-hour radio produced with professional hosts and distributed through local radio stations, cable networks, and online streaming through its official website. Founded in 1998 as a station in Biscay, Formula Hit expanded beyond its original local base after audience and commercial growth. In 2001 it began satellite distribution through Hispasat for European coverage, later shifting away from satellite toward internet distribution. Its own materials also describe distribution on FM dials in Spain and through the Euskaltel Tv On Line cable network in the Basque Country.
