This non-governmental organization, operating as a Civil Association, functions as a unique radio station that originated within a psychiatric hospital. It is recognized as the first radio station in the world to broadcast from within such a facility. The station's programming is created by current and former patients of the Borda Hospital, aiming to create "spaces of health" through media. The station has received recognition for its humanitarian efforts, including a special award for "La mejor Labor Humanitaria" in 1993 and multiple special mentions from "Asociación sin Anestesia" for "Oyentes para la Libre Expresión" between 1993 and 1996, as well as a "Premio Estímulo TEA al Periodismo" in 1994 and a "Premio Educarte" in 1993.
