An AM station licensed to Palestine, Texas, broadcasting a classic hits format focused primarily on music from the 1980s and 1990s. The station is simulcast with its sister station KLVQ in Athens, Texas, and is also relayed by an FM translator on 95.7 MHz. It is owned by Tiffany and Kristi Spearman through licensee Zula Com, LLC. The station was originally assigned the call letters KYYK on July 1, 1987, before switching to the current KNET designation on September 21, 1987. For decades it operated a news and talk format, then flipped to its current classic hits programming on April 6, 2022. Weekday programming includes a locally produced morning show and syndicated content such as "Steve Gorman Rocks," hosted by a co-founding member and former drummer of the Black Crowes. Saturday programming features "American Top 40: 70s" and other countdown programs. The station also airs local news, sports coverage including local high school athletics, regional weather, and Paul Harvey's "The Rest of the Story."
