WZZL (106.7 FM) is a radio station licensed to Reidland, Kentucky, serving the greater Paducah area and owned by Withers Broadcasting Company of Paducah, LLC. The station received its call letters from the Federal Communications Commission on November 1, 1992, and has broadcast a mainstream rock format since its launch that year, notably opening by playing Phil Collins' "In the Air Tonight" continuously for 24 hours. In its early years the station carried the syndicated Bob & Tom Show on weekday mornings until January 2016, when it transitioned to The Free Beer and Hot Wings Show, airing from 4 a.m. to 9 a.m. on weekdays. In January 2017 the station updated its slogan from "'ZZL Rocks" to "Everything That Rocks" and broadened its playlist to incorporate more classic rock and classic alternative programming, positioning itself more directly against competitors WJLI and sister station KGMO. Television promotional materials from that period featured exclusively classic rock artists to underscore the format shift. Weekday programming features rotating on-air personalities across morning, midday, afternoon, and evening dayparts.
