Nash FM is a country music radio brand owned and operated by Cumulus Media, taking its name from Nashville, Tennessee, the historical center of the American commercial country music industry. The brand launched in 2013 with the introduction of WNSH in New York City and was subsequently adopted by multiple Cumulus-owned stations across the country carrying hot country formats, with an emphasis on current hits and acoustic-leaning pop crossovers. A distinguishing programming characteristic of Nash FM stations is their playlist depth: the brand markets a rotation of over 1,000 songs, in contrast to many competing formats that rotate 300 to 600 titles. This broader catalog approach differentiates Nash FM from more tightly formatted contemporary country competitors.
