A non-commercial, public and community radio station broadcasting on 670 AM, classified as a Class A station on the clear-channel frequency of 670 kHz. The station came on the air in 1975 and is licensed to the Dillingham Public School District, which holds the broadcasting license and retains full management authority. Unlike most public broadcasters, the station does not grant contributors a direct vote in management or programming decisions, though it conducts annual fund-drives. Programming combines nationally distributed NPR shows, Alaska Public Radio Network content, local news, and music.
