Operating at 93.5 FM, this station broadcasts an Adult Album Alternative format and serves the Mount Washington Valley region. It is owned by Mt. Washington Radio and Gramophone LLC and carries programming from AP Radio. The station also organizes an annual Song of the Year Contest open to local musicians, with entries judged by a panel and then put to a public vote, culminating in a live on-air performance and a cash prize for the winning song. The contest is held in partnership with a regional beverage distributor. The station signed on June 23, 1967 under the call letters WBNC-FM. The call sign changed to WMWV on November 2, 1979, the identifier it has carried since.
