A commercial Top 40 (CHR) formatted radio station broadcasting at 105.7 FM in eastern Washington, owned by Stephens Media Group through its licensee SMG-Spokane, LLC and branded as "105.7 Now FM." The station operates at 100,000 watts effective radiated power, the maximum permitted for non-grandfathered FM stations, with its transmitter located on Krell Hill south of the city. Its signal reaches portions of Washington, Idaho, and Montana. Morning programming features the syndicated Elvis Duran and the Morning Show, distributed by Premiere Networks. The station's history dates to July 1965 when Denbrook Enterprises received an FCC construction permit for 105.7 MHz, signing on November 8, 1965 as KTWD — the initials of Terry W. Denbrook — becoming the first FM-only commercial station in the market and the first FM stereo station in Spokane. It was sold in 1970 to Bellevue Broadcasters, which rebranded it KEZE-FM with an easy listening format. Kaye-Smith Enterprises later acquired the FM station and shifted it to album-oriented rock. The station passed through additional ownership and format changes over the following decades before arriving at its current Top 40 format under the Now FM brand. Studios and offices are located on East 57th Avenue.
