Esta emisora ofrece una programación variada.
A commercial FM station broadcasting at 103.7 MHz with a mainstream rock format, owned by Midwest Communications through its licensee Midwest Communications, Inc. Studios are located on South Phillips Avenue, while the transmitter is situated south of the metro area on 271st Street. The station traces its history to May 6, 1969, when it first signed on at 93.5 MHz as KCHF-FM under the ownership of Eider C. "Red" Stangland, one of three FM stations to launch in Sioux Falls during the first half of that year. The frequency changed hands in 1977 to Sodak Broadcasting, which relaunched it as KLYX-FM with a soft rock format. After struggling in the ratings, the station shifted to album-oriented rock under the "X93" branding, eventually climbing to fourth place in the Sioux Falls market. By 1981 it was sold again to Red River Communications and renamed KKRZ, adopting an adult contemporary sound as "Z93." Subsequent ownership and format changes ultimately led to the current mainstream rock identity and KRRO call letters. Current programming emphasizes audience engagement through listener contests, prize giveaways, a VIP text club, and regular blog content from on-air personalities. The station promotes local events and maintains an active social media presence consistent with its rock-oriented brand identity.
