A commercial FM radio station broadcasting a classic hits format on 99.9 MHz, transmitting 115,000 watts effective radiated power as the most powerful FM station in its market. Originally signed on in 1959 as KFAB-FM, the station simulcasted co-owned KFAB with middle of the road popular music. In the late 1960s, it transitioned to beautiful music format featuring instrumental cover versions. Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, the station operated an automated adult contemporary format before converting to oldies in 1988, becoming the first FM oldies station in its market. The station achieved top-five ratings and sustained popularity through the 1990s and 2000s. In the early 2000s, the branding shifted from "oldies" to "classic hits," emphasizing 1960s through 1980s material with strong emphasis on 1970s and 1980s catalog. An HD3 subchannel provides contemporary worship music programming. The station is owned by iHeartMedia.
