Esta emisora ofrece una programación variada.
An AM radio station dually licensed to Benton Harbor and St. Joseph, Michigan, broadcasting an urban oldies and Motown-oriented format at 1060 kHz, with additional reach via a 102.5 FM translator in Benton Harbor. Studios and transmitter facilities are both located in Fair Plain, an unincorporated community south of Benton Harbor. The station first signed on September 22, 1947, under the Palladium Publishing Company, initially running 1,000 watts daytime-only before expanding to 5,000 watts by 1963 and adding nighttime service in 1997. Ownership passed in 1985 when the station and former sister station WHFB-FM were sold together for $1.5 million; the former sister outlet subsequently changed call letters multiple times, eventually becoming WYTZ-FM under separate ownership. Over its history, WHFB has cycled through a wide array of formats including adult contemporary in the 1980s, country, adult standards, a 1970s oldies package supplied by Westwood One, CNN Headline News audio, and syndicated talk radio under the Fox News Radio banner featuring hosts such as Laura Ingraham, Sean Hannity, and Bill O'Reilly. The station ceased broadcasting on June 1, 2012, following a sale to Gerard Media for $175,000, but subsequently returned to the air with a community-oriented focus on Motown music and the diverse cultural identity of southwest Michigan.
