5:12 Voz 2 algunos mensajes claves
9:31 Voz 3 ¿Para qué me voy a desgastar?
11:09 Voz 2 yo salgo a defender conozco gente
¿Qué plata me mandaste?

35:12 Voz 2 ¿Por qué me mira a mí?
35:14 Voz 1 No sé, ¿por qué me mira a usted? ¿Pero por qué? Y usted se tienta encima.
35:17 Voz 2 ¿Pero por qué? Él tiene inmunidad aquí, foro parlamentario. No, no, no, nada de eso.
35:23 Voz 3 Voy a hablar lo que sea. No, no, no. No.
Exacto. Judy, no te sorprendas.
42:06 Voz 1 Hay tres cosas. No tengo las cédulas,
42:08 Voz 3 don Leonardo.
¿Raquel Barba?
44:43 Voz 3 Ajá, no aparece.
No sé dónde.
46:27 Voz 4 ¿Sí coincide o no? No, 800.
47:02 Voz 2 o Pinky. Oye, a esos 3.000.
53:02 Voz 2 Y no gastamos plata.
53:47 Voz 6 yo tengo cinco hijos
55:02 Voz 1 ¿Le mandan donaciones?
No. Ay, güey, estás bien entrenado.
56:21 Voz 4 Cuidado.
56:22 Voz 2 El mes daba becas.
Rey mismo, ¿no? No, no, no.
0:10 Voz 2 and I remind you again as I have told you many times that to make a
0:13 Voz 1 denunciation correctly you have to enter the chat box and make the denunciation as it is
0:17 Voz 3 I got two, but all the 15 cents you can find in the account of Serena what was done with your money, she says look this is what we did with your money this 15 cents then what does the Panamanian want in itself regarding the issue of taxes and because there are thousands and millions of dollars that are being we agree on this issue of digital platforms. I think that debate was not in doubt, neither here nor there. Everyone was clear that Panama can also take advantage of this. But what people do not perceive is where they are going. People say, look, you are going to take the taxes and we will not have reflected it in education, nor on roads, nor anywhere in my neighborhood. It is the same as today, people often say says about the panama channel about because they do not have one and if it is possible that something is being done but they do not even have visibility or information about what is being done in lack of communication
1:16 Voz 2 in lack of communication also because if you could see a picture when you are put in a budget of an institution you have not been able to communicate from the beginning because at this point people do not accept that there is not that the past government that the past government that already when you When you get to your position, say, look at all the love they have left me, look at all the payment providers they have left me, look at all the works that are being built and that have to be paid and that have to be abolished. Because you can see how much you have to pay in all the parties that come to you, what you have to pay and you can't stop paying, the plan. And you say, what are you going to do to make your institution more efficient? and the fact that the vice minister did not come today to a quote that was already summoned is a misuse of an opportunity because it is not like before it is not like before that you say well I am going to cancel the interview and well then I see what I do now with the social networks look where you do not take advantage of an opportunity to explain why Minister Chapman said no we are not going to present it we are analyzing talking about what is being done in the tax collection a good good opportunity I wish it was good that he wanted to go to another side but take advantage of a space because the mayor did not come either
2:36 Voz 3 I do not feel bad because I was implanted
2:40 Voz 2 the most people are the citizens who do not find out from their own voice of the official what is what is happening but clarified the
2:49 Voz 1 Vice Minister of Economy did not leave us planted, it was known yesterday at two o'clock in the Yes, but the vice minister didn't let us down. The mayor of La Chorrera, yes. He was busy with an agenda and didn't come. So you, friends of La Chorrera, who had questions for him, didn't come.
3:07 Voz 2 But you can send someone. In an institution, look, don't just talk to the vice ministers and the ministers. There are good directors, there are good technicians who can be put as speakers. And sometimes they even explain better than the boss, who is more stressed about other issues.
3:22 Voz 1 yes but in this government they do not know how to have great speakers because here José Ramón Molino has said it in all his interventions here the main speaker of this government is me he was when he was at the press conferences every Thursday I wanted to ask Molino but we already have I think more than a month or two months where there is no press conference Thursday and I assume that with how is the temperature of the country at this time I suspect that this This Thursday there won't be a conference for this environment.
3:52 Voz 2 President, let go of your voice, let go of your technical voice so they can talk.
3:57 Voz 3 But you always argued with me here that they didn't have to talk.
4:00 Voz 2 Yes, you have to explain things within each institution.
4:03 Voz 3 Now, Judy and Leonardo, what was Panama for you?
4:08 Voz 2 The empanada.
4:09 Voz 1 It's developing.
4:10 Voz 3 Where is it developing?
4:12 Voz 1 I don't know, President's question.
4:13 Voz 2 In the Cusco stage we ate some very good patis.
4:17 Voz 1 President's question because I didn't see... I imagine they are developing it, but ask the president because he is the only speaker of his government who says he can solve the issue.
4:26 Voz 2 Well, they visited the company that manufactures some drugs, they published it on their social networks, but you have to have a balance. We can be aware of social networks, but one very different thing is the newspapers and the other the information. we have to give information we have the lines so that they send us the
4:49 Voz 3 messages after the course judy of the president in the national assembly in Actually, I have seen that it has been like a low, we have fallen in my perception, we have seen like a low in the country I do not know why I am going to listen again to the message to the
5:09 Voz 2 the nation of the president and he took out a revelation no some key messages tell us that he said that he used the technique of strategic silence remember that I told them because when he was in greece he did not talk about the evasion of the prisoners in the joy and he mentioned in his message to the nation about strategic silence and also because he says that it is good it is exhausting to have this I'm paraphrasing this, that it is exhausting to have to be talking about issues when they are actually the product of attacks or people who want to distract the attention.
5:45 Voz 3 Now, can we publish it then? President, you use strategic silence.
5:50 Voz 2 I'm going to look for it better so that I don't have to paraphrase it, but he did say about strategic silence.
5:55 Voz 3 But we will be in a strategic silence at this moment because I don't see Panama starting for you. I do not listen to the Minister of Labor beyond what the last thing that was given there by Darien, I do not listen to the Minister Montalvo, he has not wanted to give more declarations as such, he is handling a low profile and the situation that happened to the minister is understood, something has to be done in communication, some strategies are in the area of the Ministry of Public Works, I do not see either that nobody, nobody says anything, there is no one, Leonardo says that he does not know
6:28 Voz 2 They focused on social security and what we had to change the platform was what
6:32 Voz 3 more you already had at the time. Yes, Dinomón was because he already had a birthday date that no, but from there to there I have not seen anything else and what we presented to him a while ago for me is an example that has to be done at the country level and the good thing is to highlight it what Serena is doing to tell all of San Francisco what is being done with the money from them every 15 minutes for me is extremely important and if we had made a a communication at a higher level also through those who are governing us today look yesterday I do not put it for the delicate leonardo and judy meana that is the matter with the transmission that we do live and others but yesterday in the national assembly when deputy jairo volta salazar refers to the minister of security and the minister of government saying saying very strong words and mentioning the names of people in the case of magistrates. For me that is extremely delicate and I am going to say it again, I am going to say it again. When the deputies, like in this case Jairo Bolota Salazar or like the deputy Vinicio Robinson, who also said the other time that in Havana they are not paying, that they are using chemicals and everything else, and I see the silence of the institutions, I have to tell it as true. true because no one goes out to deny what the deputy says in spite of what he says help me anna who has immunity who have that armor that protects them what happens when you belong to another
8:01 Voz 2 state body you have to be very careful in what you are going to think about the other body because you can't think about decisions like you remember that the conflict was formed because the judges did not release they did not put in prison the executive body should not because they are decisions of what is not clear to the deputies look to fall into the mouth of a deputy my god you do so throw that holy water because they can
8:28 Voz 1 say what they want in the plenary and there it goes to you if not if there is no answer from no one you give that what a deputy says is true and I because I feel that now if one goes out to say that mariscal does this
8:46 No, but you can't give for valid what a person says inside a place that has an outpost when they talk. That can never be given for valid. There are many irresponsibilities, there are many irresponsibilities, there are many irresponsibilities that deputies launch and that deputies have launched because they have an outpost that they can't do anything about. And you grab it, you grab it from the assembly and say, Mr. Mariscal, you did this, this, this, and they tell me that you do this. And you want to denounce the deputy and you can't do it.
9:13 Voz 3 But if you talk about an institution as such, the minister has to come out to deny it. It happened to me.
9:18 Voz 2 You have to come out to deny it.
9:21 Voz 1 With the fire that these people have who exercise the duties of deputies. There are times when you say, I can't go out, I'm not going to go out to discuss with this person if what he says is a lie. Why am I going to waste time? I don't agree with you at that point.
9:34 Voz 3 As a person, he is different from an institution.
9:35 Voz 1 Why does everyone want to answer to the deputies? No. If I don't want to answer, I don't answer. I'd rather be quiet because what he says is a lie.
9:42 Voz 3 I'm not cutting, let's go with the audience, good morning
9:46 Voz 5 Good morning, what a periquera you have this, there is a phenomenon, I am not very expert in this how is post, all that comes out in the networks ah, publications, yes that you said 10 years ago how is that called, post, I don't know what
10:07 Voz 1 social media memory Well, memories of the networks. What happens is that memories are coming out of the networks of the president, of the officials, the ministers, who said yesterday and today are contradicting themselves.
10:39 Voz 5 and you go and say that this guy has Alzheimer's because it is quite the opposite, so they say no, that is the enemy that we have right now, that is the problem that I am seeing, thank you.
10:53 Voz 1 Thank you, we are going to talk about it, but it is fine, but one can correct it, I already want to see it, sorry Judith, I already want to see you when a deputy comes out to say because Mariscal said this and this, but Mariscal, I know people and institutions with which I have spoken personally who have been victims of the forum that the deputies have to speak in the national assembly who have preferred to stay here because they cannot go to justice to make demands.
11:24 Voz 2 Here it is, what the president said, he said, for this reason sometimes we prefer a strategic silence to exaggerated postures that would have caused damage to the country, a long-term look for the common good and not a quick answer for being for being viral said more debate height and less political bochinche
11:42 Voz 3 if I only remember hey I look here Mr. Leonardo Ariel head of this of this room here he handles communication in his own way, why does he handle his freedom of expression?
12:00 Voz 1 You can talk quietly.
12:02 Voz 3 For me it is not correct because it is not the same that the deputy Bolota stops saying something about Jorge Mariscal. let's say it's fine I'm going to say it has its protection and others but it is not the same as the deputy says in this case we are going to take benicio robinson who says the ministry of work is allowing toxic chemicals to be used that are causing damage in the mouths of the bull that he said it and the ministry of work did not come out to say and he also said and they are not paying the full salary as the ministry says but they are paying below the minimum until Until today, Minister Jaqueline has not spoken about it. And it seems that this is the theme of the government, the theme of those who want to govern. Do you know the party that joined with Martinelli just when Jaqueline Muñoz left? Solidarity? No, this is the... Alliance. Alliance. The Alliance Party is active on social networks. I, Jorge Mariscal, did the movements and other things because I say, hey, the party is talking about deaths that happen in the country, about issues of Mulino, about postures that they support. I said, well, the party suddenly wants to talk because that party where I only know Jacqueline and her father, because I haven't seen anyone else there, I said, well, the party wants to talk, let's call the party.
13:30 I'm waiting for the call back to tell me if they can give an interview because they have a whole procedure and they tell me no, no, it's not that we're not going to call him right now, give me his phone number, we're going to call him. And that's how things are, Leonardo, not only those who want to govern us, but currently people tell him what it is and he stays quiet and I can't take it as truth.
13:51 Voz 2 But there is silence and there is a lack of communication, a lack of speakers, a lack of people who dare to speak, a lack of people who are not afraid to respond and the lack of accountability and the example that started all this analysis with the representative of San Francisco that shows where resources are used is a good example that other institutions can imitate but here the important thing is y ahí sí estoy contigo gracias y se acusan una institución con algo tan grave y tan serio tú no sales a un dime que te iré con el diputado ni siquiera lo tienes que mencionar tú sacas una noticia diciendo hicimos una infección encontramos esto todo está bien o encontramos esto sancionamos Of course, he doesn't even have to mention the deputy.
14:40 Voz 3 We have a listener this hour, good morning.
14:43 Voz 5 Yes, good morning, good morning. Good morning. Mr. Mariscal Yudiniana and Leonardo Grispan. Good morning. Listening to the topic you have there about what the deputy Jairo Bolota Salazar has exposed. I consider, Leonardo, with all due respect, that you deserve it. It seems to me that when a public figure of this level as a member of the body that gives the balance to the state of our rights, Banameño, exteriorizes something, you have to pay attention, you don't have to look the other way. look at everything that Zulay Rodríguez said in that same plenum in that same hemicycle and everything that Zulay said and denounced everything has come out with the passing of time what Jairo Bolota has said you have to pay attention in that same medium that you are the director said everything that was happening in the prisons of the joy and in a few hours the evasion of of one hundred and ninety-five letters you have to pay a little attention to what the deputy jairo bolota is saying greetings thanks the deputy spoke because
15:58 Voz 2 the one who asked the question to the deputy bolota was leonardo crispan but
16:04 Voz 3 so that he will talk about but I follow the line of
16:09 Voz 1 the listener and I appreciate your words as always but look at a detail
16:15 Jairo Salazar, better known as Bolota, what he says in the National Assembly Plenum, he repeats it outside the National Assembly Plenum. One thing is to keep his speech in a means of communication, outside the protection that the curule gives to the deputy to speak, because the internal regulation of the Assembly, the law, says that everything that the deputies say is not demandable. I say it very rudimentarily, but it is more in the law, it is textually. But one thing is to only talk about where your curve is in the National Assembly, and to say that this, and that the other, and that this, and that that, and that it goes up, that it goes down, with the person that you mentioned happened in several occasions within the National Assembly. And another thing is to get out of that slum, to come to the media, to propose and maintain what you said in there. Because there you can say that you can have proof of what you say. But there is another detail.
17:19 Here there is a right to the person to whom the institution refers to, to say or not to say about what the deputy says in this case. Because if 90% of the things that the deputy says are in their slum and have their protection, they are not true and the institution says why am I going to focus on responding to these deputies and I can continue working, they are valid opinions, that is why I tell you not everything that a deputy says where his kurul is and I speak of deputies in general, I do not refer to any specific one, it will always be 100% correct, true or verifiable because because they have the protection of the kurul and verify as the previous speaker says the historical memory of the social networks and If the National Assembly asks for a video recording, they will realize that many times there are former deputies who have dedicated themselves to destroy people in this country. And those people, when they are going to try to make a legal action against that deputy for all the insults, slanders, lies and blasphemies thrown against these people, they realize that unfortunately they don't have the opportunity to do it in an accessible way because they are protected by law and they speak from the curul.
18:34 Voz 2 That's right. Article 154, the members of the National Assembly are not legally responsible for the opinions and votes they emit in the exercise of their office.
18:42 Voz 1 There you have it. There you have it, and I refer to that point. Thank you, Judy. So, not everything that a person says, with that protection, from a curule, will be 100% verifiable and true. And with this I tell you that the deputies, while they do not take things to extremes, I am highlighting that it is necessary to take into account what is said from the National Assembly on many occasions.
19:06 Voz 3 But people are not seeing it, what they hear on the radio they heard it low, but a while ago you were bravo.
19:12 Voz 1 Yes, of course, because I had to try to express the position to you, but I don't agree with you.
19:17 Voz 3 I have an idea, 7 and 19 in the morning, how about I make a good coffee?
19:22 Voz 1 You know what happens? I remember the moments when former deputies and deputies have spoken with other people and it makes me angry. Because the person to whom they address, they aggravate and disrespect him.
19:36 Voz 2 They denigrate.
19:36 Voz 1 denigrates, has no way to defend himself, nor the microphones that that ex-diputado has.
19:44 Voz 3 But today you can't put in X something there.
19:49 Voz 1 Yes you can, but you will realize that the reach that a person has from a curve is much more powerful than what a civilian can have, to call it in some way, from another corner.
20:04 Voz 3 I am not in disagreement with what Leo said, what I am in disagreement with, what happens is that he handles the issue where he wants to take me, I was talking about institutions that a minister handles, not in a personal way, the other can say Jorge is such a thing and well, what am I going to do, he said it and that's it, he covers it there, his protection and so on, look, 7 and 20, let's go get coffee, before going to get coffee and sorry to interrupt you, Judy, Ana has an important message because she is sending it to me from different sides, they are passing it on to you,
20:32 Voz 2 Hey, yes, be very, very careful. Yesterday a friend wrote to me and I put it on my social networks because of a number from Colombia they are passing by me and here I put it on my social networks.
20:48 Voz 3 What a nice photo, Judy.
20:49 Voz 2 Yes, they took an old photo, but it came out well.
20:52 Voz 1 And we make it a please.
20:54 Voz 2 So it was a number, it is, sorry, it is a number of a phone in Colombia
21:24 they are going to call you they are going to write to your whatsapp of a number that you do not have saved and they have the photo of a personality because it is a deputy a minister of the president of whoever of someone you know and he is going to tell you to save this number that you do not have it and this this is another number of mine be careful if you have the number of the person really you write to him I write to Leonardo or I write to Jorge if I get the Jorge Jorge photo you have another number and how it happened to my friend and I I say no, I don't have another number, it happened to him, it happened to him because a man wrote to me that if they were asking for money and they wrote to me they wrote to me on the weekend of a phone being passed by eddie vásquez from tvn I sent it to eddie and they were
22:22 Voz 3 asking me for money I say it is also important to see the numbering that it has of which country you are
22:50 Voz 1 también cuando él escribe nación se pasa por otra persona porque ya ha pasado que they get into your WhatsApp and start asking for money with their own number to their relatives and acquaintances. And what happens here is that you give them the account number, X or Y, or a number that you don't send to me, send it to the other IAPI that I have activated, and you send them your funds, and half an hour later the person left your WhatsApp and when you ask them, I already sent you the money, what money? What money did you send me? Has it already happened? I know people to whom it has occurred.
23:23 Voz 2 It happened to a man who had sent me money and who had even called him. God, poor man. It hurt me because I don't know who the man is. I had no idea.
23:37 Voz 3 Let's give the audience a chance to go for their coffee because there are meeting points. Just one meeting point.
23:45 Voz 1 I don't know how many points.
23:46 Voz 3 I got hungry with all the meetings. So we are back here in Radio Panamá, Professor Escobar, and we are going to talk about many important issues. I have the list of the 30 officials who received the scholarship for the master's degree of $6,000. I'm going to tell you how much they earn and all the poor people in terms of scholarships. We'll be right back.

34:03 Voz 1 7.33 minutes.
34:11 Voz 6 meeting point with leonardo grinspan and the profe escobar 734 minutes of the morning
34:20 Voz 1 professor jose escobar how are you doing good morning I am waiting here to see if the assembly
34:24 Voz 4 suddenly puts us I do not know they are distributing money they say I want to know that story
34:32 Voz 3 because I did not understand distributing money like this this does not see that now you miraculously appear that you have money from the assembly but the deputy castaneda said that it was It was a mistake, not of the assembly, but of the social insurance. So, teacher, the ball is piqued and extends. Yes, but we have to investigate. Do you want me to say something? You have to defend yourself, right?
34:54 Voz 4 Knowing the history of that shameless assembly, excuse me, Shirley Castañeda, but this is already history in the assembly of the cashbacks. And you remember, I just said it here, of the checks that change there, they changed there in Chiriquí. You don't remember that?
35:12 Voz 6 Why are you looking at me?
35:14 Voz 1 I don't know, why are you looking at me? Why?
35:18 Voz 2 He has immunity here. No, no, no.
35:22 Voz 3 I'm going to talk about whatever it is. No, no, no.
35:25 Voz 4 Do you remember that story? In the period of an assembly of Mr. de Leon.
35:31 Voz 3 The cashier was taken to the commission.
35:33 Voz 4 Of course, because she changed the checks there at the Chiriquí National Bank. And then a character came supposedly with the money bag and then he came here to distribute it to the deputies but that is not new because remember that even a man on one occasion was the social insurance and he found out that he worked on the plan of a deputy and he said that if I have never worked with anyone in the assembly and then there it appeared but you also forgot the lady of the tamales in the bulls' mouths the lady was generating a salary of a thousand dollars in the assembly
36:10 And she never charged a real. I mean, this story is not new. That's why, excuse me, Shirley Castañeda, the colleagues you have around you are perfect shameless. And excuse me for saying it clearly. So let's not come to paint now that the deputies are transparent, the assembly was not wrong, it was the Social Security. I am more convinced than anyone that it is the assembly of the shameless.
36:36 Voz 3 And where did the mistake go? Because there Rebusca and nobody is going to find anything.
36:38 Voz 4 but that's what the lady denounced yesterday that that has to be investigated and realized finally who was the deputy that he charged the almost five thousand dollars
36:51 exact I say do not be surprised thousand dollars and this is a little bit in that case I did an
36:59 Voz 1 investigation and those deputies that the past period continue to be deputies the court of justice never investigated them never and they will not investigate anything but see
37:10 Voz 4 Miguel Antonio Bernal did not tell you yesterday there is no separation of powers it is incredible here he always says a phrase caimán does not copy caimán
37:22 Voz 3 but you can say if you want money save in the public register there you can save there you can save and when you have your savings that savings can be used for studies and others more you lack a master's degree something that you want to study additional teacher already has the list we have the list we are going to give context to the audience what happened we are going to listen to a small fragment of what from where this discussion is born and then we go to the list is fine we are going to listen to what Jonathan Vega said
38:00 Voz 4 He says he's coming.
38:02 Voz 1 He's on his way. Jonathan Vega is ready to share it.
38:05 Voz 2 It's an audio of the deputy Jonathan.
38:08 Voz 4 If he has graduated with a background in public registration, if he is studying a postgraduate degree, a master's degree, with a background in public registration...
38:19 Voz 5 Ok, I'll explain.
38:21 Voz 2 The public registration has an agreement with the Latin University. dictates a master's degree in notarial registry law if this master's degree has been dictated in fact currently the corresponding one is about to be completed by 2026 there it is chosen at a national level all the licensed personnel in law and political sciences to specialize in this
38:53 Voz 5 master's degree who pays the master's degree
38:58 Voz 2 is paid with the collection that makes the public register of the savings as I explained the public register makes some savings of which one part is intended for the payment of the bonus and the other part is intended for payment of this type of education and training is going to be understood the master's degree has a
39:26 Voz 5 an agreement with the public registry if they have a master's degree in notarial law and there are
39:39 Voz 4 some officials who are taking that master's degree that is paid for by the public registry
39:46 Voz 5 how much is the cost of the master's degree
39:53 Voz 2 The cost of the master's degree is for $6,000.
40:00 Voz 3 Well, there it is. $6,000, professor, you can also save in the public register. Who accounts for the savings that is made there? Who audits that savings? How is that savings done? I don't know, I don't know if anyone here knows.
40:12 Voz 4 Today I am learning what the register does.
40:16 Voz 3 But that savings that is outside of the income.
40:19 Voz 4 But instead of going to the savings account I could go to the public register.
40:22 Voz 1 Maybe they are close.
40:23 Voz 3 But where do they keep the savings?
40:24 Voz 1 10 minutes more or less.
40:25 Voz 4 I don't know, because if there is money, 6,000 dollars to pay for each scholarship. At least I asked for 2,000 dollars there, quickly.
40:33 Voz 3 That gives me to think much further on the subject.
40:36 Voz 4 Since when does the university have that master's degree? It would be interesting to know.
40:41 Voz 3 It would be interesting.
40:42 Voz 2 That if they created it.
40:43 Voz 4 Because the public registry gave the university $180,000.
40:48 I agree with Leonardo with what we discussed last time. I am not against scholarships and I think that all officials have the right to seek better preparation opportunities and all the rest. Specialize, in short, and that this is returned in the good service of the institution. totally agree with what I do not agree is that of that amount of 30 scholarships they were given two and that it is precisely the director of the institution the one who said to me they gave me a scholarship believe me for dignity and to the secretary for decency she and the secretary they should have said we do not accept such a scholarship because that looks very bad it is going to be loaned to bad interpretations that we are giving 180 thousand dollars to the university and in exchange the university gives me a scholarship where I do not have to pay absolutely nothing that was very bad but I also criticize the fact that there is a employee there who earns four thousand dollars that was also favored with that
42:00 Voz 3 let's see here I have the list I have the list of those who should not be careful
42:06 Voz 1 with the cells there are three things I do not have
42:08 Voz 3 the cell of leonardo I know that the
42:10 Voz 1 data that amalia hernández and we are going to
42:12 Voz 3 claim that the data that are public
42:14 Voz 2 a quick question when in a institution the term savings is spoken remember that within the budget if you for example you lowered the rent of your
42:27 Voz 3 then there is a little money left and they said hey we are going to invest it thinking well thinking well thinking well that this savings is not out of the ordinary let's think that look at the face of the teacher because you are looking at the lenses of judy no I know that you wanted to say judy
42:43 Voz 6 no no no but it is that I was looking at the brands of the lenses and suddenly the lenses
42:48 Voz 3 there are three things that call my attention
42:50 Voz 2 if I am in the private sector I can receive gifts
42:52 Voz 3 The list, the names are the official list that we have had here on Radio Panama and the salaries are public on the page where you can also see all the salaries of the public register with their positions and others. There is another interesting issue that is assumed that you, and you said it very well, you said, well, we are going to train someone because he is not leaving, it is a mind that is going to stay in the register. but two of those people are in transit positions, that is, they are not permanent so that you invest
43:23 Voz 2 they renew the contract
43:25 Voz 3 Judith, are they going to renew the contract?
43:29 Voz 2 the next government
43:31 Voz 3 ok, let's go to the salaries of these people the majority is between $ 1,500
43:39 Voz 4 take it with calm the breakfast
43:40 Voz 3 and $ 1,700 we are going to check, there are several of $ 1,500 Here I see more than 5 who are in 1,520, 1,530. It's not bad. So far it seems reasonable.
43:52 Voz 1 But I ask you something. Are you talking about officials with a defined position? Don't you talk about advisor 1, advisor 2, advisor 3, advisor 4? No, no.
44:00 Voz 3 They are defined positions. In this case, for example, the one who makes the most money, who mentioned the professor, is earning $4,000, who is the head of the legal advisory office. But I ask you another thing.
44:12 Voz 1 Are they permanent or temporary positions?
44:13 Voz 3 That's why I told you, there are only two permanent, permanent, permanent.
44:17 Voz 2 The office worker is transitory. Office worker is transitory because those positions are also of trust. That of 4,000 is permanent.
44:26 Voz 3 Yes, yes, that's what it says. Permanent. The column of those who are permanent is left, which is the majority. There are only two who are transitory. I say that you also have to evaluate it because if there are transitory people, but it's okay, there are only two people there.
44:38 Voz 2 And that is not found.
44:40 Voz 4 Raquel Barba is not found.
44:42 Voz 3 Raquel Barba does not appear in the case of the 4,000 dollars is the head of the legal advisory office Javier Cortez is not found but how it was lost I do not find it where it is
44:58 the public register has its salaries with their names the list we have it here in
45:12 Voz 4 but that is not found that it does not appear it is not in the public register in the public register it
45:18 Voz 3 may be that it is from outside because they put it there it will be no it may be a problem in the system let's say and how are you going to release that name that appears and last name barba we are looking for
45:29 Voz 2 that but well any of the 30 names that appear here if you do not have the scholarship you also have the right to reply you say look I appeared on the list but I have not received that Mrs. Barba is going to appear because Mrs. Barba does not appear
45:43 Voz 3 but but ok but these people who win look I already found it appears by her
45:48 Voz 1 marriage last name in the same public register is assigned as computer operator there is salary leonardo remember that I am the investigation then I have the tools to
46:04 Voz 2 can carry it out he has the public register he did not find it and leonardo if he found it
46:11 Voz 4 what is his wife's last name leonardo I already tell you here we investigate quickly raquel barba
46:19 Voz 2 is fat fat I was afraid of the salary of a deputy 800 monthly according to transparency
46:26 Voz 3 if it coincides or not 800 is a salary is still quite there is also this one since the entire link and they are for those of 3,000 2,500 2,500 dollars that of 3,000 that is a lawyer and that is
46:41 Voz 2 acceptable that the lawyer does not pay his master's degree love has five children I do not know divorce and I have to charge now with the children also
46:53 Voz 4 but it does not reach the problem of mine you have to measure how many children you have leave the heat on one side what happens to you but now we are going to have to charge with the kids
47:02 Voz 2 those 3,000 and they are 8
47:07 of those 3,000
47:08 Voz 4 now he is going to ask you is that I have 8 children
47:12 Voz 3 leave the heat and I have to buy them
47:14 Voz 4 who sent you to go with the heat
47:18 Voz 3 what is true professor and colleagues is that I feel that here it could have been better analyzed the situation in terms of who they were going to give so that they had this master's degree of 6,000 dollars totally free but there are several lawyers and the lawyer with a salary of 3,000 and 4,000 dollars can take his master's degree and pay it of course that was what we proposed from the
47:41 Voz 4 the first day that above 2,500 dollars you can pay perfectly your master 2000
47:46 Voz 2 take away the deductions that you have a lot of that salary people who are earning
47:52 Voz 3 out there less of that and they study their master's degree and they make their sacrifices you know that
47:58 Voz 4 what Jorge says is true there are students who make the sacrifice with less salary selling
48:04 Voz 2 Selling jelly. There was a guy who studied medicine selling jelly. Exactly. Besides, I always ask myself, am I studying a master's degree and at what time do they attend work?
48:15 Voz 3 Well, there's another issue there. Well, it's supposed to be at night.
48:18 Voz 1 But be careful, if the master's degree is virtual, they can attend it at night when they leave work, or if it's synchronous, they can attend it by stages. That depends on the type of master's degree. But in general, both private and official universities, what they do now is that the people who work have the opportunity to study at night or on
48:38 Voz 3 Saturdays or on Saturdays and you are going to get 180,000 each time I give you five and I am going to leave the students also I am going to be is that it lends itself to everything we have today at this time
48:52 Voz 5 Good morning, how are you? Blessings for all, for the famous Julie, for the friend Leonardo and Mariscal and all the others, and the great Escobar.
49:40 developing the same or duplicating my activity to be able to pay because the university of panama charges you almost 180 dollars per month for each subject then it was very sacrificed and it was at night I worked all day and arrived at the university at 3 in the afternoon until 10 at night for the next day to go back to submit to the same routine from Monday to Monday because I wanted to to overcome it, that is, I do not criticize the fact that they give an employee a scholarship as long as he himself does a socio-economic study that really the person as said by the licensed Julia at the moment if he has many children what are his financial commitments that he has the desire to continue to overcome but does not have the financial capacity to do it and the institution wants to reward him with that benefit, but not that he is being mistreated, mistreated, to any official who many times does not even put that commitment in favor of the country or the institution that represents. So it is there where the key to the matter is given, but I hope these things can be corrected because if an official has the capacity, if I who did not have a fixed job that had to be in the day to day and that with what I did I had to
51:10 eat with what I did I had to pay where I lived and do a thousand multiple things because a person who has a fixed salary can't do it and who is not a bad salary I think that is where it gives the suffocation and the discomfort of the population I thank you for the opportunity to give you a beautiful and blessed
51:30 Voz 3 thank you I made a sacrifice also with the master's degrees that I took and you are taking two master's degrees at the same time practically and I had to make my sacrifice and I say I understand and Leonardo said you have to train the employee you have to have better attention for the public and others but there are people there or at least if they had told me judy look there is a scholarship that covers 50 percent so that the employee can also make the effort to pay their other part but in this and also that they are discounted and the moments where the government comes out to say good is that there is what we have to do hold on to this is that we have to endure the economy a little in this the panamanian has to know that we are working that the previous government left us indebted they take out and take out and take out issues but you cannot adjust your belt on one
52:19 Voz 2 side and the other you do not and I would think the universities could contribute to the country by making agreements with the institutions, but giving this as a contribution and not waiting for a payment. I know that the private ones have to live on something, but I think that if an agreement is made with the University of Panama, which is the university of all Panamanians, there could also be good agreements to be updated, and that the University of Panama updates the officials on the different issues that are needed by areas, right? would not be the most compatible and the most the most transparent and we do not spend money
53:03 Voz 4 and the most transparent is giving support to the public university and not to the private one
53:12 Voz 2 this is not in other countries you have to compete for the positions also this type of
53:20 Voz 3 of initiatives if they have been approached and have closed the door to the new to the new you know because he has been accompanied by flowers previously I do not tell you that
53:30 Voz 1 not you but that I say a voice note at this time good morning we listen to you good day to the panel
53:37 Voz 2 you are innocent
53:38 Voz 6 there are poor people who have five children that is not the problem that has
53:46 Voz 3 have problems with us I have five and I have to maintain my children to me
53:50 Voz 4 no one keeps me I have to work to maintain
53:54 Voz 2 I am not innocent I am a sinner because of my fault because of my fault because of my great sin I am a sinner and I pray and I ask for forgiveness but I am going to tell you when I do I express myself that way is that I I feel that we can't see everything all negative and you know in the vineyard of the lord that can also happen it can be that you earn the highest salary in the world and when you open the fridge in the kill the jar of water
54:26 Voz 3 But who is the problem? Who is the problem?
54:30 Voz 2 The problem is the bad administration
54:30 Voz 1 The bad administration?
54:32 Voz 3 Because while you were enjoying...
54:34 Voz 1 I got scared by that fridge I forgot about it Ms. Judy Meana uploaded a photo yesterday of a fridge that had a water jar and two boxes of eggs
54:44 Voz 2 There is a very good phrase
54:46 Voz 3 If León was singing a song my fridge looks like an ocean It's full of water
54:52 Voz 2 There is a very good phrase says never tell someone that you do not have money because the one you tell him will have pity and if he does not have money he will not lend you that is what I tell you
55:07 when you are a teenager you do not eat all the food no water well trained mine is already 19 years old my god and he eats
55:16 Voz 3 I read Rodrigo and luckily the part we are not going to publish so as not to bring the
55:32 Voz 2 conflict luckily the generation of my son you know that it is a generation that they have instagram and social networks but they do not publish anything good good they do not publish anything but photos and I told him from a young age do not say that you were my son
55:47 Voz 3 this is not going anywhere we are not here carrying the information we have the list we have the salaries but it is there that they are going to continue with their mastery that is, we already lowered the trip
56:00 Voz 4 with us we make the publication is perfect what you have to do but private life is another matter but the issue of scholarships to me I am still worried because I do not want that suddenly now any other institution will come out, call the national assembly of deputies who also give scholarships to the gentlemen who are careful and there is no care the month gives scholarships because now look yesterday I made a program in let's talk clearly Of all the information that we got to know yesterday, I came to the conclusion that we are in a country, and I agree with what Miguel Antonio Bernal said, that we are stuck and this is dangerous.
56:44 Voz 3 Sitting on the dust.
56:45 Voz 4 Sitting on the dust. look yesterday there was the information of chacman throwing back the 7% tax that you had a vice minister and he planned the interview yesterday he planned he did not even come to explain why he was not going to explain because chacman simply said that on the other hand the lady the magistrate that her daughter is also named practically the same institution I think the magistrate is magistrate
57:13 Voz 3 La Torraca, they are different departments and as the magistrate said, without taking a decision, right?
57:21 Voz 4 But let's see, conflict of interest. The issue, for example, of a complaint made by Mr. Bolota of a meeting supposedly he had with judges where they told him how the cases are manipulated there in the court. That issue is serious. and that's how it happened to the lady of the social insurance denouncing the almost 5,000 dollars that mysteriously appeared to her that she supposedly charged in the assembly of which she never received a single real and then you begin to add this case here is the president
57:57 Voz 1 sorry was the president of the court of public hearings and her daughter works as head legal advisory in public hearings in the general direction of public hearings They are different institutions, but they have to be so linked. Sorry to interrupt you.
58:12 Voz 4 No, no, no. But the worrying thing about this is that we are in an environment where corruption is spreading in an impressive way in this country. And apart from this, you started talking today about a very worrying issue. Judy said the silence of the strategic president or absence of communication can be but there is absence of communication there is a strategic silence of the president here absolutely nothing is said and the Panamanian people are finding out about all these cases and here absolutely nothing is explained nothing and you go out into the streets full of holes there is a a ministry that says it is working I do not know where it is working because I only have to go out to the vía españa and it is back to fire and I do not know what world the minister lives in that it seems to be it does not pass through these streets and likewise the health issue people worried about those pensions that come there are so many things but on the part of the executive there is not a single la explicación tenemos un presidente prácticamente ausente sumándole a los viajes que hace a cada
59:47 Voz 3 don nito tenemos un oyente hasta ahora buen día entendemos cerró disculpa al oyente mire hace un we said professor the panama for you until there it was but not until there it was but not
