Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Tuninga Radio at tuningaradio.com (the "Service"), operated by Njund Media Group ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Tuninga Radio is a radio station directory and streaming platform that provides access to live radio broadcasts from stations around the world. We aggregate publicly available radio streams and make them accessible through a unified interface. We do not own, produce, or control the content broadcast by the radio stations listed on our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service.

3. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

The radio streams accessible through Tuninga Radio are provided by independent third-party broadcasters. We do not control and are not responsible for:

  • Any advertising, opinions, or other content broadcast by third-party stations.
  • The accuracy of station metadata, including descriptions, genres, or broadcast schedules.
  • Interruptions or discontinuations of any radio stream.

Listening to radio streams through our platform is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective broadcasters.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Service's design, layout, text, graphics, logos, software, and other materials created by Njund Media Group are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

6.2 Station Content

Radio station logos, names, and broadcast content are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our platform does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with Njund Media Group.

6.3 Copyright Complaints

If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] with:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on our Service.
  • Your contact information (name, email address, phone number).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

We will investigate and respond to valid copyright complaints promptly.

7. Advertisements

The Service displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense. You agree that:

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Njund Media Group, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

  • Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect the availability of the Service.
  • Remove or modify any radio station listings at our discretion.

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Santiago, Chile. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Njund Media Group regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
