A hot adult contemporary radio station owned by Cumulus Media, licensed to Fitchburg, Massachusetts, and serving the Worcester and greater Boston markets. The station broadcasts at 104.5 MHz, with studios located in downtown Worcester and its primary transmission tower situated in the Leominster State Forest in Leominster. Three additional booster signals, launched on January 15, 2019, extend coverage into Greater Boston via transmitters at the John Hancock Tower, Lexington, and Waltham. The station has maintained an adult contemporary format since 1979. The current call sign was adopted in January 1984, chosen as a tribute to a former New York station. In 1991, the designation was briefly modified to WXLO-FM during a simulcast arrangement with a sister AM station, before reverting to the current call sign by FCC reassignment on June 5, 1997. Beyond its core hot AC programming, the station features specialty content including the Awesome '80s Saturday Night and hosts an annual "Awesome '80s Prom" event.
