Local content originates from a broadcast studio constructed on the Mercer University campus, offering educational opportunities for students in media-related fields. Originally signed on in 1984 under previous call letters, the station transitioned from simulcasting only the state network to including local programming. The call letters were updated to reflect the current university partnership identity.
