A Top 40 contemporary hit radio station broadcasting at 94.5 FM in the Logan-Ogden metropolitan area of Utah, owned by Cache Valley Media Group. The station is branded as Utah's VFX, with studios located in Logan and the primary transmitter situated in Newton. A booster extends the 94.5 FM signal into Tremonton, and a translator at 98.3 MHz serves the Tremonton area separately. The station has a history dating to 1975, when it launched as KVWJ with a Top 40 and album rock format under different ownership. It transitioned to a country format in 1979 under the call letters KJKJ-FM before reverting to Top 40 and adult-oriented rock programming in 1982, at which point it was redesignated KMXL. The call sign changed to KVFM in 1984 and reached its current designation, KVFX, in December 1997. The station began broadcasting in HD Radio in 2022. On-air programming includes morning personalities Joey and Lauren, midday host Jenn, afternoon host Greg Tanner, and McCall Taylor, with content also accessible through mobile apps and Alexa-enabled devices.
