A commercial radio station broadcasting a classic hits format and licensed to Lebanon, Pennsylvania, currently owned by Seven Mountains Media through licensee Southern Belle Media Family, LLC. The station is co-located with sister station 100.1 WFVY in a building along Pennsylvania Route 72 in Ebenezer, two miles northwest of Lebanon, a facility that has housed the station since the 1950s. WLBR's transmitter and four broadcast towers stand behind the shared studio building. After more than 70 years of family ownership under the Lebanon Broadcasting Company, the station was sold to Holidaysburg-based Forever Media in December 2019 for $1.225 million. In April 2020, the station rebranded as "WiLBuR 1270" and adopted its current classic hits format. The station has carried news programming from a succession of network affiliates over its history, including ABC News Radio, Westwood One News, NBC News Radio, and subsequently CBS News Radio and Compass Media Networks. In November and December of certain years, WLBR has temporarily replaced its regular format with 24/7 Christmas music programming, serving as an official Christmas station for the Lebanon Valley. In March 2022, WLBR briefly shifted to a conservative talk format before returning to classic hits. Seven Mountains Media acquired the station as part of a 34-station portfolio purchase from Forever Media, with the transaction closing on January 1, 2023. The station also simulcasts on an FM translator at 99.7 MHz.
