A Christian adult contemporary station licensed to Kingsport, Tennessee, serving the Tri-Cities region of northeastern Tennessee and southwestern Virginia. Operated by the locally owned Positive Alternative Radio, the station has broadcast since 1997 and received its FCC call sign assignment in December 1995. The transmitter is sited in the Cherokee National Forest at an elevation of approximately 4,200 feet, which allows the 1,200-watt signal to achieve strong coverage well beyond its rated power, extending grade B service as far as Boone, North Carolina.
