This radio station offers diverse programming.
A radio outlet serving the Columbia, South Carolina metropolitan area with an urban gospel format. The primary license is held by WFMV on 620 kHz AM, licensed to Cayce, South Carolina, and owned by Glory Communications. The 96.1 frequency operates as FM translator W241DJ, extending the AM signal's reach across the Columbia market alongside a second translator at 107.1 W296EI. The 620 kHz station signed on August 22, 1958, as WCAY, Columbia's first full-time country music station. By the early 1970s, the station faced competitive pressure as WCOS-FM grew dominant in the country format. The station subsequently changed to an adult standards format under the call letters WLFF before adopting an urban gospel format in the mid-1980s as WTGH. Glory Communications acquired the station in 2003 and changed the call sign to WGCV while maintaining the urban gospel format. The call letters changed to WFMV on December 18, 2019, at which time the station began simulcasting with 95.3 WFMV-FM. When the FM station was subsequently sold to the Christian broadcaster Good News Network and rebranded WJTB-FM, the AM became the primary carrier of the WFMV identity. Glory Communications also operates WQXL in the Columbia radio market.
