Originally broadcast at 88.3 MHz with 10 watts of power in a rock music format operated by students and staff. By 1983, transmitter power increased to 300 watts. In 1995, power increased to 1000 watts with improved antenna in Newbury Township, extending coverage throughout eastern portions of the Cleveland market. Relocated from 88.3 MHz to 91.5 MHz in September 1995 following an FCC-approved frequency swap with another station to avoid interference. Currently broadcasts 24 hours daily with programming featuring big band, swing, jazz, and popular standards from the 1920s through 1960s. Station operates with a mix of adult volunteers and students from Kenston High School as on-air personalities.
