This radio station offers diverse programming.

A non-commercial educational radio station licensed to Baltimore, Maryland, owned by Baltimore City Community College and operating on 91.5 FM. The station broadcasts a classical music format and maintains studios and offices on Reisterstown Road in Baltimore, with its transmitter sited near Interstate 695 in Pikesville. The station first signed on in 1951, originally transmitting on 88.1 MHz with a 250-watt military surplus transmitter installed by chief engineer Edward Arnold, who used the station as a workshop for radio students in the college's Department of Speech, Drama and Radio. The antenna, positioned atop the school's tower, offered coverage across most of Baltimore and its surrounding counties despite an effective radiated power of only 125 watts. The station initially operated on a flexible, volunteer-dependent schedule, typically signing off at 5 PM. In the summer of 1952, Dick Ballard and James Winship Lewis — director of the Handel Choir and a faculty member — secured civic support to expand the broadcast day with evening music programming. Starting September 15, 1952, the station aired classical music from 7 to 11 PM, seven days a week, with operating expenses underwritten by the Department of Adult Education. Today the station continues its classical music mission, offering programs such as the Metropolitan Opera broadcasts, a Choral Hour, and specialty shows on topics ranging from film music to book reviews.
