This radio station offers diverse programming.

A non-commercial community radio station owned and operated by the Chickasaw Nation, one of the larger federally recognized Native American tribes in the United States, broadcasting at 89.5 FM in south-central Oklahoma. The station was originally assigned call letters KTGS on August 14, 1998, broadcasting on 89.9 FM. The frequency was subsequently changed, and on September 24, 2008, the station adopted its current call sign. The Chickasaw Community Radio Network was formally established in 2009 as a vision of Chickasaw Nation Governor Bill Anoatubby, who conceived the network as a means of connecting tribal citizens and residents of south-central Oklahoma through quality local programming, news, and public affairs coverage. The network was designed to serve the dispersed Chickasaw population across multiple counties and to provide a dedicated media voice for the Nation's governmental and cultural activities. Beyond the primary 89.5 FM signal serving Pontotoc County, the network extends coverage through three additional simulcast transmitters: KAZC at 89.3 FM in Dickson serving Carter County, KTNG at 97.3 FM in Connerville covering Johnston County, and KWPV at 104.5 FM in Wynnewood reaching Garvin County. Programming encompasses news, public affairs, weather information, and a broad variety of music formats, functioning as both an information service and a cultural connector for the region's residents.
